what do you do when you’re given clear divine instruction?
in june i was told in meditation that i needed to travel into the desert for 40 days—- crystal clarity.
regardless of time, money, or circumstance… when you receive messages like this, the only reasonable choice is to heed them.
(i thank my lucky stars for a partner who deeply values intuitive living)
and so began my 31st revolution around this life-giving star. #happybirthdaytome!
we buy a minivan and live out of it (+ our tent and the occasional hotel splurge) for more than a month #gypsynomads #dustyhair #dirtyfeet - driving through illinois, missouri, oklahoma, texas, new mexico, arizona, colorado, nevada, nebraska and iowa 😅
we journey into the past – the land before time. millions upon millions of years of layers carved through stone.
i get what i came for:: profound spiritual insight/ revelation // prophetic vision
big specific instruction for the next chapter of my life 😭🙌🙏
we wander the mystical desert landscape. we celebrate water in the drought. we witness unfathomable beauty and spend 24/7 in the great outdoors, until our skin is darkened and dry, our bodies are strong and sore, our eyes + hearts are bright, and everything we own is covered in dust.
we watch a dust devil whip someone’s tent hundreds of feet into the air and carry it impossibly far away on the wind.
we experience 110+ degree heat 🥵
mad gets food poisoning and experiences a miracle- instantaneous healing in the waters of the virgin river. 🙌 🌊 🙏
we camp at our favorite campsite of all time #ohbejoyful
and mama makes a pit stop in breckenridge for kasey’s bachelorette party - so exciting!
by the end we can’t wait to get home, but as soon as we do, we yearn for the wild freedom/ the joy ride.
